Design and Development of Sustainable Product Service Systems Based on Design-Centric Complexity

Product-service system (PSS) complexity is rapidly increasing in order to meet complex user requirements. Increased leads PSSs failing sustainability requirements their initial design. To enhance PSS and support social benefits, this paper proposes a sustainable development framework based on design-centric (DCC) theory. In the early design stage of PSS, DCC theory used analyze system. Determination types corresponding problems then performed. By combining sub-field model TRIZ, can be converted solved, functional periodicity may established reduce complexity. using framework, conflicts potential attributes reduced possibility achieving (FRs) enhanced. This will maintain long-term operation stability for PSS. Finally, feasibility verified here through case analysis bicycle sharing service management
